“Does this microwave have a cook time function, or are you limited to the pre-set options only? One video showed a person cooking chicken wings and she had to click through 5 settings using the dial just to get to 35 minutes of cook time. Is that right?”

Hi - Our beautiful Café convection over-the-range microwave offers a number of great cooking options. You are not required to use pre-set options. Our sensor cooking functions as an example require a single button press to start the cycle. We are confident you will love this microwave as much as we do. All our best! Vikki@Café

You are NOT limited to preset options. Individual cook times can be entered. BUT, all times are entered using the dial. There is no numeric keypad to enter times.
