“how do you turn off the convection oven part of the microwave when finished baking?”

Hello Baby29 - Thank you for reaching out about this stellar microwave. We are always happy to help. The microwave will only use convection when the Convection Bake, Convection Roast, or Combination Fast Cook options are selected.
