Hi, Thanks for asking. We're sorry you're not getting cold water from the dispenser on your 4-Door French Door Refrigerator. If this was your first glass after installation, the refrigerator probably needs more time to cool. We recommend waiting 24 hours for this process to be complete. You can find more possible causes in the Use and Care Manual on page 36. Please try again later.The reason you're only getting a cold first glass of water is the amount of water stored in the lines/resevoir inside the cooled part of the fridge is only big enough to fill one glass. If you wait a couple hours, the next first glass will be cool again. Subsequent glass fills are at water supply tap watever temperature until it cools a limited amount inside.
