The doors and drawers can be removed. With doors on, the width is less than the depth and is just under 36 inches. That goes through many doors. With the doors and drawers off the depth is 29 3/4 but you need a little wiggle room.

Yes, the fresh food doors, the convertible drawer, and the bottom freezer are all removable if you are trying to get your unit through a tight doorway. Pages 28-34 of your installation instructions will be able to walk you through these steps of removing and re-attaching the doors. - The case depth without the doors would be approximately 29.375 in.
