Mine brand new doesn’t work he will fix it but the sensor is on eternal back order

This would definitely be a headache and we're happy to help. We first recommend disconnecting power to your unit for 30 seconds to reset the controls. We then would want to make sure you're using a uniform container between 4-8” tall and 2-6” wide. Some models may have a shorter recess; therefore, the maximum container height may be slightly reduced. Fill level and functionality may vary on containers taller than 8” or wider than 6”. If you have been doing so and this doesn't help, we recommend scheduling service with a certified Cafe Appliances technician that will be able to accurately diagnose and repair your appliance.
