Hello there - You'll have to check in directly with our partners at Best Buy for your first question, but we can offer some insight about our warranty. This refrigerator has a one year limited warranty on any part of the refrigerator which fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship. During the limited one-year warranty, we will also provide, free of charge, all labor and related service to replace the defective part.
