• Hello PDQWest - We appreciate your interest in the CVE28DP3ND1 and we are happy to help! For the refrigerator door to close properly, the front of the refrigerator should be 1/4 inch higher than the rear. This should be measured using a level. Thanks for checking. Olga@Cafe
