“Can you please clarify for me, in the pic it looks like you can turn the grate over for a wok? Also, can you please tell me which burners are simmer burners? And what the BTU is on simmer? Thank You”

Hello Jdub - The grates on this cooktop can be flipped upside down for use with a wok. All of the burners on this model offer the 140 degree simmer ability. We no longer publish BTUs for the Simmer Burner. We feel that the temperature reflects a truer picture of the capability of our ranges and cooktops. 140 degrees is 72 degrees below boiling and won't ruin delicate foods or sauces.
