“Model MCGS700P2MS1 is this supposed to have a reversible griddle? Even after pre seasoning the griddle and using oil, eggs and blueberry pancakes still stuck to the griddle and it is difficult cleaning it even after following the instructions.”

Hi Renee - Thanks for reaching out to us and for choosing Cafe CGS700P2MS1. This range comes equipped with an integrated cast iron griddle. It is not reversible. Optional Integrated Cast Iron Grill/Griddle JXCGRILL1 is sold separately. We are sorry to hear of this unfortunate experience with your griddle. You may want to rub it with a bit of oil before you cook your eggs/pancakes. The griddle should be seasoned before first use and after each cleaning. Also, it may be necessary to clean your cast-iron griddle with a stiff brush and hot water. Using soap is not recommended, and do not wash the reversible griddle in the dishwasher.
