“Can you tell me how low (in btu's) a burner can be turned down to simmer something?”

• I don't know the answers. I will give you an example to try to help. The smallest burner on the small selection seems like there is no flame at all.

• Hi there - great question! The smallest burner is the left rear burner and offers precise simmer with 5,000 BTU when turned down to LO. More information about the surface burners can be found on pages 8 and 9 of the owner's manual. We hope this helps! All the best, Kelsey@Café
