Hi there - thank you for reaching out. We apologize that the liquid propane conversion kit is missing from your range and for the inconveniences this must have caused. We certainly understand your frustration. The LP (liquid propane) conversion kit can be tricky to locate sometimes. The conversion orifices and instructions can be found on the back of the range, near the regulator. There is a diagram on page 4 of the installation instructions that can be helpful in locating the LP conversion kit: https://files.bbystatic.com/QtM2cMupyLnn4WFnDhVErQ%3D%3D/AD1A6200-5DC2-44B7-84B4-E8BB66233663.pdf. If you look there and then discover that the LP conversion kit is still missing, then we recommend contacting the original dealer that you purchased the unit from, as they may have LP conversion kits available. You can also connect with us on social media if you continue to run in to problems - there, we can easily dialogue back and forth and get this resolved for you. We hope you find this information helpful. All the best, Kelsey@Café
