Hey there, This is a great question! We only test our ovens to cook one turkey at a time, therefore we cannot recommend cooking two 20 lb turkeys at the same time. A 30" Freestanding Double Oven Range (and most 2017 and newer Slide-in Ranges) - the lower oven will hold a turkey about 20 lbs. We hope this information is helpful. Stay in touch with us! Mike@Cafe
