“Can you lock the gas just in case the knobs get turned? My old cafe range had this feature and it was so nice. I only see control lock which we don't care about”

Hello Hollzrange - Thank you so much for being part of the Cafe Appliances family for all these years. The lockout feature no longer controls the burners and only turns of the oven. There is a safety, gas lockout on the back of the range used for moving or servicing the range. Thanks for checking. Let us know if you have any more questions. - John@CafeAppliances
