Hello- Thanks so much for checking with us. It depends on the weight. If your canner and filled jars are over 50 pounds, we recommend reducing the weight a couple pounds. Our range and cooktop glass cooking surfaces (radiant, induction, gas-on-glass) are tested for a maximum weight limit of 50 pounds.
