Hey there - we checked the manual for this wonderful oven, and we can confirm that it comes with the "Convection Roast" cooking mode. The "Convection Roast" mode is intended for roasting whole cuts of meat on a single rack, and this mode uses air movement from the convection fan to improve browning and reduce cooking time. -- We hope this was a helpful response, and please reach out to us once more if any other questions or concerns come up.
