Hello. We appreciate your interest in these attractive brushed copper knobs, and are glad to advise. If you purchase the knobs through our Parts Department, we allow unused parts to be returned for credit within 30 days from the date we shipped the part from our warehouse. Between 31 and 90 days, the part can be returned for a $15 restocking fee. After 90 days, we cannot accept a return. We also cannot accept used parts – if you use or attempt to install the part, it cannot be returned. Regarding the availability of the accessories in model number CXCE1HKPMCU, they are currently out of stock through our Parts Department; we do not yet have a time frame for when they will be available, and regret any inconvenience that may cause. Our Parts Department can be contacted at 1-877-959-8688 if you need to check on that in the future. If you purchase the accessories through a dealer, you would need to check with them directly regarding their Returns policy and current availability.
