“i just bought this machine and while it makes a great cup of coffee it drips coffee drops after its done, is that an issue with anyone else or is mine a defect? PS i left house without cleaning so coffee ground was still in filter basket.”

Yes, this happens to me too. The metal colored tab on the filter basket needs to be firmly placed in the carafe position. This is a minor design flaw, in my opinion, that results in a mess.

Please try again later.Make sure to rotate the brew basket slider under the brew basket to the Single-Serve position before brewing into a cup or a travel mug so the drip stop valve will stay open. After brewing finish, it is recommend to move the basket slider back to the Carafe position to stop dripping.
