The temperature range for this oven on the bake, convection bake, and roast settings is 170-550 degrees Fahrenheit, while the hi broil setting is set at 550 degrees Fahrenheit. It has a digital range from 175 to 550 degrees. You can also type in you own temperature number besides the pre set numbers.
