“Do the handles for the French door oven come with it or are they purchased separately?”

The model:CTS90FP2NS1 that we bought did not come with any handles…bronze or SS. Can they be sent separately? Our store order number was Order Number:1122188464615. We purchased several pieces and all were delivered in December. Our kitchen remodel is just now ready for them to be installed. Please advise.
