Q: QuestionHow much room is there to clean the carafe? I have a ninja coffee maker and it is not easy to clean. I can’t fit my hand inside to clean it. Does this Carafe have a large enough open for easy cleaning

We would recommend, if you're only wanting one or perhaps two cups of coffee, you could fill the reservoir up to the first line from the bottom. Q: QuestionHow long does the insulated carafe keep the coffee warm for on average since it shuts itself off after brewing and if I were to purchase a glass carafe how would that change the warm time of the coffee inside glass as opposed to the metal one?

Q: Questionjust received this and set it up. had it all ready to go and keep getting an ADD H2O message even with the reservoir full above the number of cups entered. a few times it went to an error 3 message after. is this broken or am i doing something wrong?

Q: QuestionI received this coffee maker today and both the external and internal boxes have the P65 cancer warning . I have yet to find (in the owners manual, on Cafè website, etc) specifically what the P65 warning is referring to????

Q: QuestionIs the carafe vacuum insulated? I put my hand to the carafe after the first brew and the side was very warm to the touch but the bottom was not, very disappointed but unsure if this is the intended design.

Q: QuestionI'm very interested in purchasing this machine but curious to know if the bottom is a warmer so the coffee will be hot until you turn the machine off? I see that you set your temperature for brewing but didn't know if carafe stays hot until turned off.
