A:AnswerHi CoffeeQueen, thanks for your question! The opening on the carafe isn’t large enough to fit your hand inside. We recommend to use a brush to clean the inside of the carafe. We hope that this helps! Stay safe. -Michael

A:AnswerHi there, LCF - Great question! You can brew coffee using the Alexa voice command. You can say, "Alexa, turn on coffee brewer" or "Alexa, turn off coffee brewer". Thanks so much for considering Café! -Mikayla
A:AnswerHi dHarv, thanks so much for your question! Congrats on your kitchen remodel! We're sure that everything is going to look wonderful! We would recommend, if you're only wanting one or perhaps two cups of coffee, you could fill the reservoir up to the first line from the bottom. That will yield you about two cups of coffee based on the numbers shown on the reservoir. We hope that this is helpful! All the best. -Michael
A:AnswerHi there, Coffeelover - Great question! It is a stainless thermal carafe, and the outside is painted Matte White. Thanks so much for considering Café! -Mikayla

A:AnswerHi there, thanks for reaching out. We're so sorry to hear about this message not going away, especially since you mentioned that you've got water in the reservoir. You can attempt to unplug the unit for about 30 seconds before plugging it back in to see if this helps to reset the internal electronics. If you continue to see these error codes or this add H2O message does not go away while water had been added, then we'd recommend reaching out to Best Buy for further assistance. If they are unable to assist, you can take a look at the details of your warranty on page 16 of your Use and Care manual, here: https://files.bbystatic.com/tXHL9%2Bn4Yy29K3osBj8%2FnA%3D%3D/Owners%2BManual - We do hope this helps! Best wishes. -Michael@Cafe
A:AnswerHello- Thank you for reaching out. Congratulations on your new Coffee Maker. This is a beautiful model! We can understand your concern and are happy to help explain. We comply with federal and state chemical labeling laws. One such law is California Proposition 65, enacted by California in 1986 (Prop 65). This state law requires companies to provide a warning for thousands of consumer products, foods, prescription drugs, alcoholic beverages, enclosed parking facilities, amusement parks, furniture, and other everyday items. The presence of a Proposition 65 warning does not necessarily mean the product is unsafe or poses a health risk. Over 800 chemicals are on this list, including wood dust, nickel (found in stainless steel), nicotine, and alcohol. Additionally, even inaccessible parts can cause the warning. We hope this helps! If you have any additional questions, please let us know. We are here to help! Joyce@Cafe
A:AnswerHello- We appreciate your question and are happy to help! When Connected to WiFi, it can be voice controlled (turn on/off) using Alexa or the Google Assistant. Use the command Alexa/OK Google, to turn on (or turn off) the coffee maker. We hope this is helpful. If you have any additional questions, please let us know. We are here to help! Joyce@Cafe
A:AnswerYes it works, however the only way to tell it’s connected is that the light around the button lights up 5 to 10mins after you set it … not like the manual auto brew …
A:AnswerHello CoffeeLover - We appreciate your interest in the coffee maker C7CDAAS2PS3 and we are happy to help! There is no heater under the thermal carafe. The coffee stays hot due to the vacuum seal thermal carafe. Thanks for checking! Olga
