Hello there we're so sorry to hear your coffee maker isn't brewing. We know how frustrating this would be for you and we're happy to help with the following tips: 1) Verify that the carafe is centered in middle of the carafe pocket. Remove the carafe and put it back in place to re-center. 2) Make sure you are using the carafe that came with the product to activate brewing. 3) If the carafe is removed during the cycle, the error message will display and the cycle will stop. After two minutes, the message will stop being displayed and the brew cycle will end. To fix the issue, replace the carafe within the two minutes. 4) If the brewer runs out of water prior to reaching the desired cup amount set at the beginning of the cycle, this message will be displayed. Add more water to complete the cycle, or the message will go away after two minutes. 5) Check that the software is up-to-date through the SmartHQ™ app. 6) Unplug the coffee maker briefly and plug it back in. If you continue to have issues, we recommend checking to see if this is less than a year old.
