Model: GE Cafe Specialty Drip Coffee Maker C7CDAASP3 Error: Add H2O (the entire water reservoir is full). First off, this is the exact same error I’ve gotten on 2 of these already. It’s extremely frustrating AND it just happened to me again on the one we just got 4 months ago. These seem to be horribly faulty especially because I clean it immediately after use, use only their coffee filters and water filters. I had to call their support, file a claim and they replaced it. You’ll need to initiate a warranty claim by visiting cafeappliances.com/support/returns/ or calling 1-800-430-1757. You’ll need your model and serial number which is located under the base. If you have the SmartHQ app, you can click the appliance > settings > product information and find it there. I hope this helps everyone who finds this search because there is NOTHING on the internet to resolve this.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi there, and thanks for letting us know about this issue. We truly hate to hear you’re getting a recurring error message – we know this must be frustrating. This certainly isn’t the performance we would expect from our model, and we regret the inconvenience you’ve had. For an add H2O message, we would recommend making sure the water level is correct. If you press the brew button, ’10 cups’ should appear on the screen. You can use the dial to adjust the number of cups and make sure the appropriate amount of water is in the reservoir. Then press the brew button again. If there’s enough water but you’re still getting the message, we would recommend unplugging for a couple minutes then plugging back in; as you’ve already done so, if you’re not able to resolve the issue with the error you may want to take advantage of the warranty. Warranty information is available on page 16 of the manual; if you’d like to view that online, you can do so by going to our Café Appliances website, looking up the model number and going to the product page. We hope you’re able to get this issue solved, so you can enjoy your coffee maker without further inconvenience. If you have any other concerns or questions, we’re happy to help any time. Best wishes! -Sarah@Café
