How do you know how long to cook fish or meats? null

Just like any other oven. Just use a meat thermometer. Fish is done by texture when cooked. Just google cooking meat for more help

Hello: I make baked haddock - cook 350 for 20 minutes. For meat I just use a meat thermometer and cook it the way I like it. Times will vary.
