The "CanaKit - Raspberry Pi 4 2GB Starter Kit" does not come with a fan. If you would like get a fan for the case what you are looking for is a 5 Volt fan that is 30x30x7mm in size. At that point you could either connect it to the 5volt or 3.3volt header pins on the Raspberry PI. Depending how fast you would like the fan to spin but I find the 3.3volt is more then enough to keep it cool.
