• Updated answer to this question as of 12/9/2016. If you own a AppleTV (gen 4), you can ABSOLUTELY run their Canary app and have it display the camera on your TV. Almost like a really expensive monitoring solution for businesses. Hope that helps!

• This can only be monitored on a smartphone through the app. You might be able to download an Android plug in on your computer and do it that way but you most likely will want a different system with dvr.

• You can buy a cheaper system if it just for that. There are a few options.
