• 131 is a Laser Toner cartridge. They are not labeled high yield, but my experience is that laser cartridges can print hundreds of pages without running low on ink. They sell for less than $200.

• Not sure, I don't think so but you should be able to figure it outeasy enough on the site, it is the same number 131 that came with my laser printer. Stopped into BestBuy and it was right on the shelf so got it.

• its standard. High yield units will be marked, and typically have an H after the model number
