Yes, I’ve bought the set of inks with and without the photo paper. The inks are sold individually as well. I recommend using the Canon photo paper if you’re printing photos.

Yes! You don't have to purchase paper.... the only bummer is the gray color is not in this purchase.... it must be purchased separately

You should be able to purchase the inks separately without paper.
