• ACCORDING TO THE BOX, THE PIXMA 281 BK (BLACK) XL IS FOR THE FOLLOWING CANON PRINTERS: TR7520/TR8520/TS8120/TS8120/TS9120. I WOULD HAZARD A GUESS THAT THE PIXMA 281 BK XL (EXTRA-LARGE CAPACITY OF INK) WOULD NOT BE COMPATIBLE WITH THE CANON TS8220. I WOULD, RECOMMEND THAT YOU CONTACT YOUR CLOSEST BEST BUY STORE AND MAKE INQUIRY WITH THEM, AS TO WHICH INK CARTRIDGE(S) ARE COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR CANON TS8220, which I believe is the PGI280/CLI280 (XL/XXL) WHICH IS COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR CANON TS8220.
