• If you buy the regular black Canon 046 toner, you'll get around 2,200 pages at a cost of around 3.5 cents per black and white page. If you get the high capacity Canon 046 H toner, you'll get around 6,300 pages at a cost of around 2.2 cents per black and white page. Of course, color printing will be more expensive than this per page.
