“I have a 5D Mark III currently and love it, however thinking of moving over the the mirrorless, however I just bought all V2 lenses for that 5D, I take it I can use this lens, but will I loos any functionality? Will I loose quality or any F Stops?”

Should work same way.. i use 70 - 200 ver III and it works flawless with the R6 Mk II. Adapted glass works great on mirrorless and may even get better results.
