• It should work. I bought the R6 and use EF lenses. The R7 and R6 are both RF mount but can use EF lenses with this adapter.

• Yes it will work with your R7 body, however make sure your lens are EF. If you have crop sensor specific lens EF-S then they will mount without issue but you Will have vignetting on the photos.
