• A:Answer Yes it does have the ring with bracket to mount on a tripod or monopod. It is fairly compact and not too heavy. You can hand shoot it very easily without the need for support. I really like my Canon lens but another good lens in this range is the Sigma 60-600mm. I have both. Both take great pictures. The Sigma has more zoom range but the lens is much heavier at just under 6lbs.

• A:Answer 90D is an EF camera, so it will fit. Remember, 90D is a crop camera with a factor of about 1.6.
