no, there is no viewfinder. just the LCD screen. remember, it's a mirrorless camera so WYSIWYG when framing your shot via the nicely-sized display. just got back from San Francisco, where I took this camera through its paces. very pleased with the quality of the shots. I used the HDR mode for most of my shooting and got some terrific shots of the greatest city in California.
