yes! i recently made a video and also the pictures on video came out beautiful.

I think SLR's are a great unit to use for videography or cinematography IF you are BEHIND the camera. If you are trying to vlog I don't think this would be your best solution. I would try lookin ingot a mirrorless camera with interchangeable lens if I were you.
