“My imageclass MF642Cdw printer is putting a yellow line on right side of paper when I print anything. I’ve went into maintenance and done what has been suggested but still does it. Please what can I do to resolve this”

remove all the cartridges and clean the cartridge heads by sliding the slider back and forth along the cartridge. Also, damp a soft cloth or paper towel with a bit of rubbing alcohol and clean the bottom of the cartridge tray prior to replacing them.
