A:Answer We've found that the machine goes into error mode more often and sometimes the Que gets clogged because of that:: when the toner runs out on more than one cartridge.
This machine is sold with starter cartridges. If you are only using for black and white, it will give you roughly 1000 pages. We just replaced the Black starter with a full one and don't do alot of color printing. The colors are at about 20% or lower and the machine lets you know, but if another cartridge goes below say 10%, and you are doing a color print, it will go into an error mode. If you are doing a color print, it will give you a warning that the quality may not be good.
