“Help. I can't get the bypass feeder to work. I should be able to feed a sheet of paper into the feeder and the next print job use that sheet. Instead, the feeder accepts the paper, but still feeds from the drawer.”

you need to set print to manual feed
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.to print from the bypass tray I had to remove the paper from tray 1 (the regular paper tray) and it will print from the bypass
