Has anyone used the fax feature? Does it work well? null

To be honest I have not set the printer up correctly as I had trouble getting the instructional disk to work. I am waiting for a tech savvy friend to come over and help me. As far as the fax feature it must be plugged into the printer and a telephone jack. I am sure if I could get to the instructions it could be connected using the Wi-Fi feature. I don't know how this works. I'm still debating if I want to keep the printer or not. Once my friend looks at it I will make that decision.
