“Canon printer MX 920 using ink 251. Is the 251 compatible with ink cartridges 281?”

• I purchased a 251 by mistake. Should have been 281. Would not snap into printer

• Great question since the cartridges are identical but unfortunately the 251 style will not work in printers that require 280/281 cartridges. I believe "the chip" on the bottom of the cartridge doesn't't line up properly. 7/1/24
