Specs say 600 pages for the XXL v. 400 pages for the XL, so 50% more ink for 40% more price.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I found for me The XXL is worth the purchase it does last me longer. I just wished it were easier to find besides having to go to the Canon website. Most sites have the XL but I prefer buying all the colors in the XXL.
