• Yes it does, but only a few sheets. I haven't opened it yet, so I don't have an actual count. I think that any high quality "High Gloss" paper would work just fine.

• No, it doesn't come with photo paper but I used some hp brand that came with the ink of my other printer which is hp and works very well.
