I definitely think it would do perfect for this. If you haven't done so already, check out the maximun pixel capacity this printer is capable of and you'll see that it's exactly twice that of almost every other printer in this price range and even higher priced; I couldn't add up all the printers I've owned in the past 15-16 years and this one, (and the other Canon Pixel ix800 I've used) is, by far, the best one. I print out art prints whose pixels are high, as high as 6500 x 5000, and the quality is unbelievable, absolutely striking.
