• Yes. There's a large bottle of black, and standard size bottles of the 3 colors. Those will fill the tanks. Also Yes, I can change sizes of prints, print wireless from laptops, smartphones, et al.

• It comes with the ink. I had printed 800 4x6 photos and it’s still more than half.

• Yes, starter ink is included with the printer. Yes, enlarging and reducing can be accomplished with this unit.
