How difficult is it to fill and refill the ink? null

Extremely easy. Very low likelihood of spilling ink, possibly designed so ink doesn't flow till mounted upside down on the tank..

I haven't done it myself. I had asked my 18 year old son to help me set it up and before I got there he had the entire thing setup with ink and all. While he is good with technology, he tends to be a bit careless. Therefore, I was surprised he had done it all with no mess. He said it was easy and the bottles have slots in them to fit into the tank to fill each one which guides the process and eliminates spills.

It was simple. took about 2 minutes.

I haven't needed to refill yet, but the initial filling was easy. No ink spilled and no ink got on my hands.
