• Mine does NOT light up, either. I have researched online and can find no indication that a back light can be turned on. Really bad design flaw.

• No it doesn’t light up. You can try a flashlight, trouble light, match, candle your phone or wait until the sun comes up on a sunny day, pretty much any source of light will work. Ya it’s real handy!

• no it doesn’t light up. try using your phones flashlight at night or just turn the room light on

• The front panel does not light up. That is one potential weakness of the printer if it is not used in a well-lit area.
