• Back in stock. Just got one. Bringing it back. Deceptively no auto-duplexing on the ADF. You have to flip EVERY two sided page you want to SCAN and/or COPY MANUALLY! AND good luck seeing their control panel screen at night. No back light.

• I am frustrated with this as well BIll. I had already waited for a few weeks when you asked when it would be available, and now I've waited on it a couple more weeks. If Best Buy cannot get inventory on this latest model that other vendors seem to be able to sell, then at some point I'm going to stop giving them the benefit of the doubt and make a purchase elsewhere.

• The 7020 has not been available instore, but i found it online and had it shipped to my house within 3 days. This was around the middle of Feb.
