Please try again later.I was also trying to find out were could we get new printer heads for this printer JUST to have a set incase they were needed but I could not find a place that sells them. So my best guess is IF the heads are clogging or the print quality was bad, even though there was plenty of ink in the tanks would be to clean the heads with a microfiber cloth and 91% rubbing alcohol, let dry and test printing and maybe repeating the cleaning if needed.
