- Answer Hi. The 3 foot long usb cable which came with my Canon PIXMA MG2522 was USB type A, four sided male end (rectangular shape, to computer) x type B, six sided male end (squarish, tunnel shape, to PIXMA). These cables are pretty common, especially for peripherals. Images can be found on wikipedia. Be well!
