Q: QuestionI just bought this printer and when I hook it up to my laptop it will not print. I know it's talking to each other because the paper comes out but there is nothing on it. Yes the ink is in the printer. Thank you.

• A:Answer It printed for me, however the print tone came out very light. I checked the calibration, I’ve cleaned the head etc. I’m thinking about changing the ink that came with the printer. Did you install the bloated software?

• A:Answer To change the ink cartridges, you turn on the printer, open the front panel door. The cartridges move to the middle so you can remove them. Directions are on the door and in the manual that is on your computer when you install the printer. The printer comes with two cartridges 244 for color and 243 for black. The cartridges can be found where printer ink is sold. Don*t forget to align the print heads after installing the cartridges.
